What's the refund policy?

Sorry, no refunds.

Seriously? But my plans have changed. Is my registration transferrable?

YES! You can transfer your registration to another person by forwarding them your email confirmation. We kindly ask that you notify TEDxWilmetteWomen at tedxwilmettewomenregister@gmail.com with the name of the new attendee(s) prior to the event. 

 

When do I get my tickets?

We are not distributing tickets for this event. Your receipts/payment confirmation email will serve as your entry at the registration table.

 

Do I have to bring my printed receipt to the event?

Either printed or on your mobile device will work!

 

Are accessible seats available?

Yes. A limited numbers of accessible seats are available. Please let us know ahead of time if you require accommodations. Please contact us at tedxwilmettewomenregister@gmail.com.

 

Can men buy tickets?

Absolutely. This event is open to anybody interested in learning something new and engaging with the community.

 

Why are the tickets limited to two?

We are limited to the number of people who can attend this event and we want to make sure as many people as possible have an opportunity to purchase a ticket.

 

What’s the deal with the Annex?

Because we are limited to the number of TEDxWilmetteWomen participants in the auditorium where our eight speakers will give their talks, we are offering additional seats at a reduced price in The Annex where a live simulcast of the event will be shown.

 

Will there be food?

Yes, light refreshments will be served to all participants.

 

The ticket isn’t cheap, is this a profitable venture?

We are not making a profit from this event. It’s being run by a dedicated group of volunteers but we’ve still incurred expenses to provide you with the best event possible.

 

Driving and Parking Instructions.

The event will be held at Regina Dominican High School, 701 Locust Rd, Wilmette, IL.  Please enter from the Student Entrance towards the west end of the building. Upon arrival please pick up your name badge and registration packet. Doors will open at 12:30 pm. Seating is first come first served.
